OFFICIAL BEATMAKING / PRODUCTION THREAD Vol. New NT

I say we keep it to one sample. It'll make it interesting to see the variety of beats/ideas that can come from one record. Let's save whatever one isn't chosen until next month.

While I'm ironing out stuff for the invitational, thought this might be of interest:

1000

After 20 years of crafting tracks, legendary producer Havoc of Mobb Deep is making a selection of his signature sounds available to producers everywhere. The Infamous Producer Kit features over 200 sounds used on classic Mobb Deep albums like The Infamous, from Havoc's earliest productions all the way up to the present day.

its a dope idea... idunno how many people gone wanna pay $70 for 90s drums but the packaging is dope and i wouldn't mind hearing whats included...

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but what's the best way to achieve the robotic background vocals in songs like the following?

It doesn't sound like anything revolutionary, this is just the example I thought of, and I'm not really familiar with how to use a vocoder or Autotune (if it's either of those things)
