I apologize if this is the wrong section to ask for help in regards to this topic. Anyway, I ordered a pair of Hyperdunks from them, checked out as a guest and made sure everything from my email to billing details are correct. I forgot to write down my order number, and it's been a day and a half, and I still haven't received an order confirmation. They have already charged my account and they have yet to respond to my emails.

Finish Line ships via UPS, which doesn't operate on weekends.

They haven't emailed me the order confirmation.

How does it work with them? Will the order confirmation come with the shipping details?

No. Orders come from two locations - the warehouse or a random store throughout the country. If it's the warehouse, I believe their distribution center is closed on weekends. If it's at a store, the people there are usually busy doing other things like making sales, so they wait until the morning before opening or at night when the store is closed to fulfill orders.

Should be instant. I know sometimes on release days, it can take a little extra time, but in your situation, shouldn't be a problem. Did you already check your spam folder? Otherwise, just give them a call.

I wouldn't worry about it yet.

I ordered my speed turfs last saturday and never got a confirmation email. Shoes came in that Tuesday.

It use to be instant tho.

I received an email at 2 in the morning which I failed to read, when I woke up, they have already sent me a cancellation notice.  Haha!

Apparently, the first email said that I needed to call them to verify my information. Anyway, I just placed the same order on Eastbay. Is Finish Line really this strict?

finishline is garbage, ive tried to order from that site a few times and everytime they cancelled my order, why? i have no idea. same thing i guess they needed to verify my information? but they never called or emailed me. i gave up because ive never had to deal with that BS from a freakin site. when i have a verified and confirmed paypal.

Yup, it's garbage. There's a reason why I ordered online, and not through the phone. It's like they don't want to sell to you.

ive never had an issue with them...never had to verify information...and always get an instantatious confirmation...

you may have messed up when you placed the order...maybe your info wasnt correct???

nope. i always made sure my info was correct before placing my order. FNL sucks, thats all IMO

Same here, I triple-check before checking out. Plus their customer service is non-existent, they won't even tell you why they canceled your order and that you needed verification.
