What's the difference between regular nike dunks and SB?

Is there any difference besides the sb's having a puffy tounge?

Are the sole made of the same rubber and is the sizing the same?

I'm talking about the low tops specifically.

SB's have a zoom air insole

SBs have more durable material, Zoom Air insole, modified outsole pattern, a lace guard, kevlar laces, puffy tongue and some extra heel padding. Catering more towards skateboarding.
