Never Change is Jay-Z's greatest song ever.

I literally was thinking about bumping this thread a while back cause I had the exact thoughts but in reality its one of my personal favorites but couldn't feel right calling it his greatest.

Bootlegged to the point that it got pushed up, it dropped on September eleventh, and even with all that was going on, it was still on people's mind(I know it was on mine and I didn't even get it until Friday) still did great numbers, and was widely regarded as his best album and let's not forget that this album marked retirement number one. To go out at the time with your best album? I can't think of anyone who did that at any point in their career. Even non JAY-Z fans had this album on repeat for months. The Blueprint is a masterpiece in every aspect.

The album had J**** that *****.....terrible song. Hola Hovito was pretty bad too.

It's not even the best Rap album ever made. I would put illmatic and My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy way above The Blueprint.

Those are just 2 old No Limit albums. Mac for those who don't know is currently locked up but at the time EVERYONE wanted to sign dude. Every major label. He stayed with P in his home town. IMO one of the top 10 rappers ever who will never get his due. Please check out Shell Shocked or World War 3 and listen to his lyrics. YouTube the dude if you have to.
 
I was actually SUPER bored at work yesterday while reading this thread. I started playing some Jay tracks and ended up making a spreadsheet of ALL his solo album songs. Had 3 columns, Great, Ok and Bad and placed each song in the category I felt it belonged in. I may make a thread about it later. But when looking at the other songs I placed in the Great category, Never Change is def isnt his greatest.
