Back to the team, the division was decided last week vs LA imo, I was hoping we could just be healthy and have momentum heading into the WC game. Now instead of hosting one it looks like we are going to be going to Pittsburgh.

- Pagan's back flared up at the worst time.
- Panik has been in a slump ever since his 5 hit - game.
- Don't know what we are going to get from Belt or Morse the rest of the way.
- Pitching has been up and down in September.

IF we do end up going on the road in wild card playoff there is one glimmer of hope. It is that in the past two postseasons a grand total of four one-game playoffs have been played, in those four games 3 of the 4 road teams came out victorious.

Not only has depth been a serious problem this season, it's been previous seasons.

Year-by-year, the Giants cannot continue to count on Gregor Blanco as a 4th OF. If anything, he's a 5th OF for defensive replacement or needing to steal a bag. Other than that, he's not an everyday player.
