Official 2023 San Francisco Giants Off-Season Thread - Jung Hoo Lee signs with SF 6-years $113 Million

Very disappointed that Hunter Strickland is back with the club.

He had a bad showing in the postseason and he couldn't keep his emotions in check. That doesn't resonate with me very well.

I'm ok with the move. I'm willing to give Strick another chance. McGehee needs to get his **** together.

Dude it's May. Would rather see if he's matured and added pitches for experience now versus September

Plus we have time with Cain and Peavy still on the DL

Fine with McGhee move - couldn't get out of his own way

Go ahead and remember my post if Strickland does indeed correct himself from the blunders from October. You can quote it and do whatever you want with it. Couldn't care less, really.

My dislike for the guy would be like Affeldt getting hate in here during the past few regular seasons, but during October, he's solid.

We're all fam in here so there's no reason to point out a post later

My point is simply we need to explore bullpen options especially while we have two starters on the DL and Affeldt in a deep funk

Rather we see progress before the ASG so if we need to make a move to shore up the pen, we can

Time for my dude duff man to shine.

I am glad Evans and Sabes are not letting their emotions dictate their baseball decisions.

I agree. Now if we just don't sign some of these guys on the onset

Evans really making his own mark
