Official 2023 San Francisco Giants Off-Season Thread - Jung Hoo Lee signs with SF 6-years $113 Million

With Carpenter and Jay due up in that inning Lopez was for sure coming in. All fat *** Machi had to was not hang that forkball.

Thought it was 8-9-1. HE would have went to Lopez for Carpenter. Maybe I was wrong. Thought Tavares homered with one out.

No bench players remaining. We needed to score there :smh:

That and the first and third with Morse on 3rd may come back to bite us.

FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Roller coaster of emotions this game. Not the results I wanted, but great game for both sides

Counting down the days until Romo hits free agency. We better not resign him. I don't care if he was pitching better until tonight. This has occurred way too much this year.

Machi will be fine.

Romo shouldn't pitch unless we have the lead.

Strickland should only be in to face righties.

Damn...bullpen failure :smh:

Would've rather gotten blown out than squander this golden opportunity.

This loss was on the bullpen, and partly Bochy as well, as rare as that is. Also Way to many LOB man

Romo is a situational guy. Strickland has too much confidence in that fastball. Matt Adams said what we already knew, they're only looking for fastball with him. Petit hasn't gotten burn since Game 2 of the NLDS. Why hasn't he seen the mound since?

romo can kick rocks.
strickland should only pitch to righties.

if the cards lose molina for the series...thats HUGE.

Still can't get over Duffy's baserunning last night. Just outstanding on the liner by Blanco and just the awareness on the wild pitch. I'll remember that most maybe about this whole postseason unless of course we go all the way. You'd have to say we have the advantage going forward w/ Molina out of the lineup, but Hudson needs to go 6+ strong Tuesday.
