Official 2023 San Francisco Giants Off-Season Thread - Jung Hoo Lee signs with SF 6-years $113 Million

Can we rely on Hudson and Vogelsong to go at least 6 so we don't have to see Machi or Strickland?

I mean we'll have Petit for one of those guys but I don't think we could pitch him in back to back days if both struggle.

In all honesty, I have no faith in any of our starters outside of Bum

Peavy's pitch count was fine, he just got into trouble. I think Hudson can go 6 at Pac Bell, but these guys are just on a short leash.

If we have a big enough lead, we can take a little more risk than a tie game.

I agree with Peavy and the pitch count. I think if it wasn't Butler on deck he would've stayed in but Butler has major success against Jake.

Damn Lincecum da Gawd looked good before the injury :smh:

Why Boch went with Machi/Strick instead of Petit is baffling...

Naw. Cards were supposed to have shifted the momentum on Wong's walk off in game 2 and we all saw how that series ended. AT&T is going to be stupid electric this weekend.

i knew we were in trouble when machi came in.

at this point, i'd rather see timmy than machi or strickland.
