Only thing I'm gonna miss about Pablo leaving is his defense. No way i wanted to pay him what he wanted for him to hit 15 HRs while batting .240

I asked @Red Is On NT a few weeks ago if we were getting a new thread or simply renaming this one and didnt get an answer. Either way, one of the two needs to happen soon.
Tired of reading that we "advanced to the nlds" instead of boasting to the NT world that WE ARE THE CHAMPS!!

I apologize for my absence this offseason.
This offseason I wasn't able to make it to the parade. After going to the first two, this one I missed due to work commitments. That really sucked.
I was able to get the usual things to get in the offseason, like the Sports Illustrated magazines, the newspapers, jerseys, etc.
I'm still in need of the pennant, but I feel like I have find that anytime at eBay, so I'll get it eventually.
I saw a post pages back on the framed newspapers. Now, that is something I want to do. Hefty price, but damn, it's worth it.

Even if he does come back in the minimum 6 week time frame we're looking at April 16th or so. Pence's arm still won't be at full strength and he'll go into the regular season with no ABs. Assuming he goes down to AAA who knows how long his stint will be there. We may not see a fully healthy Pence until May or June at the earliest.
