I'm gonna wait to buy a ticket. I won't be able to watch it until the 19th at the earliest. [emoji]128579[/emoji]

So after over an hour of refreshing, i got through to seats at Metreon. Literally every single seat for the first IMAX 3D showing was available. Fandango is playing man :smh:

I thought the scarif was Walmart exclusive?

I think it a different variation of the trooper.

Picked these two up at Target today.

Also found an extra Ahsoka I grabbed if anyone needs. Saw some light sabers again for the first time since last year. A Vader and two green Luke's at the target I went to.

I too came across three Vader lightsabers. Couldn't pull the trigger though, I know I'd regret it and it would just sit there. Did pick up one of the new Unicef Force For Change Shirts though that they had. No luck with Krennic, 3PO or the Trooper |I Hopefully they will pop up on Amazon for retail soon. I never find what I want at Target.

They had 3PO at the Target I picked these up at. He looked pretty good but I decided I'll pick him up later when he's on sale. I was with my girl at Target since she was shopping mostly for herself, I snuck the two toys into her cart like a little kid and she let me cook at the checkout :smokin Three toys might've been pushing my luck and she probably would've made me pay

Edit: It was the red arm 3PO I saw at Target. I'm holding out for the Walgreens exclusive where he is all gold.

I see the Walmart exclusive Scarif Stormtrooper you guys are talking about also but the regular release looks better IMO. Might just stick with the regular joint I don't think I need two.

Have an Ahsoka to trade looking for Darth Revan or the TRU exclusive Hover Tank Pilot.

Few more weeks until Rogue One. Jyn is Rey's mother. No other reason to tell this story and to dive into this random rebel's backstory other than that. There's so many other stories that could've been told that had no tie in to the saga series. Why does an audience need to know or care about the rebel's who delivered the death star plans to the rebel alliance?

Felicity bae was just on tv and was asked if Jyn is related to anyone. She said people have been saying she's related to Rey because they have the same hair color and accent. I doubt she'd answer that way if there was any truth to it.

Got my tix for the 15 in imax dead center and was shockingly able to use two vouchers I had laying around it was a good morning :pimp:

Agreed. Not to mention their ages don't line up. Jyn has a good chance of dying in this movie, and Rey wouldn't be born for another 16 years or so. Even if Jyn does survive and is a no-show in the OT (that much is known), she would be in her mid-to-late 40's by the time Rey would be born.

And for people thinking Luke is Rey's dad, Luke's age doesn't line up with Jyn's, either- at least in our world, when there is a 10 year difference in age in a relationship, it is almost always the guy that is older, not the girl.

Luke would be 20 at the time of rouge one in star wars cannon , jyn looks like she's close to that same age, assuming that they got together in their 20s or early 30s some time after the battle of Endor the time frame works just fine, I'm not saying that this is the case or that it's even likely but it's definitely not ruled out until we know for sure weather she lives or dies at the end of R1

Really diggin' this Ground Crew costume. Looks pretty tough

Got tickets for Christmas Day, started a tradition last year, and one that'll hopefully keep going for years, a Star Wars Christmas :pimp:

Felicity Jones is 33, in a movie set just before ANH. Luke was 19 in ANH. It's not impossible that they bend her age either direction (it's common in movies, and even in the Star Wars universe we have the morphing age gap of the actors playing Anakin and Padme in the PT), but Felicity looks her age, IMO.

There is no connection. The reason this movie is being made is because it was a simple story to tell, connects back to the Original Trilogy, and will make Disney a **** ton of money. A random side story like this that supposedly nobody cares about will likely outgross Age of Ultron and Civil War (in the US at least).

Random question, but anybody here like the Y-Wing? I was talking to a friend earlier about what my holy grail is and he was appalled that it was a Y-Wing

Now granted, I wasn't a fan on the design originally but with the TCW and Rebels giving the ship some nice backstory, I've grown to love it and I hope we get some nice Y-Wing action in Rogue One.
