JORDAN BRAND signs BLAKE GRIFFIN!

Idk why people sign to jordan i personally think their sigs are ugly I'd rather have my own line or signature on nike, adidas etc

They sign to get paid. Hell, I'll wear team Jordan shoes if I'm getting paid several million to wear em'. Oh and I'll take all of the retro shoes of my liking. I remember seeing pics of Jason Taylor bringing boxes of Jordan crap into the ******** locker room to his teammates.
You actually make more money elsewhere because they have to lure you from Nike/Jordan.

I think Anthony Davis would have been a good choice.

After all, Nike took a chance on a high potential, yet-to-be-proven rookie by the name of Michael Jordan...

Blake has a more exciting game

And Blake is pretty well known already with the dunk contest, Kia.

Plus it helps he's on a good team.

In a very large market on top of that.

Really hoping he rocks the 2013's to bring some excitement back to the flagship shoe.

How do we know Griffin's game is really more exciting then Anthony Davis? In Davis's first game back from his concussion (only his 3rd game played in the NBA) he had a game of 23 points, 11 rebounds, 5 blocks, 2 assists and 2 steals. Jordan was similar in his potential at that time as well.

And to say Davis isn't in a larger market as a reason for not being considered?

What about Russell Westbrook? Oklahoma City is not in a large market and JB signed HIM...

Griffin's avgs were 22.5ppg/12.5rpg/3.8 apg his rookie year (2011 ROTY) :nerd:

Career avgs: 21.4ppg/11.4 rpg/3.5 apg :nthat:

You seem a little slow. I was referring to Blake being on a good team.

Did you watch college basketball last year? You have to ask who has the more exciting game?
