Official Oklahoma City Thunder OFFSEASON 2013-2014 Thread **NEW TEAM,

OKC economy must be falling off. I know Chesapeake fired like 700 employees but damn when I can't even get 50$ for a 4th row lower level ticket. I even had it listed on stubhub and ticketexchange and craigslist too. Most of the problem is nobody wants to go to a game alone though.

I love real ballers man, not just talented basketball players but forreal ballers. Presti is good at bringing these guys in. There are only 4 players on this whole roster that I can't say are natural ballers.

What's the expectations of Lamb? Is he supposed to be a Thabo/Martin mix and future replacement?

PJ3 is my guy. I'm hoping he can blossom together with Ibaka, and then I think we would be pretty much unstoppable with KD/Russ/Adams and Lamb.

Also, I'm not so sure that Adams is a white Perkins, and moreso a taller-younger Nick Collison.

I didn't know they fired 700 people. Kind of odd since they raised the ticket prices. They were hiring for my career position a couple months ago. They could just be streamlining their crew since they are somewhat new to the industry. I definitely don't think they are losing any money whatsoever.

Wait you said OKC economy. I never really fell for that stuff, it was all hype. OKC has a long ways to go before young adults start moving there to live a life.

But yea man I think tickets just don't sell every game. I would stick to ticketexchange as well because everyone got frauded on stubhub and craigslist so people are iffy.

If you are trying to make money, I would get up in loud city. It will help with the cost of the more expensive ticket. I would keep the lower levels and a couple higher seats.

who are the 4?

pretty much.. when thabo leaves, he can step into the starting lineup and fit in well with russ and KD.. he's a guy who doesnt need to have the ball in his to be successful.. and then helps with spacing issues

if we just let thabo walk in the offseason, i think lamb steps into the starting lineup.. then reggie stays as the 6th main/backup PG

i'm curious to see if we try to move thabo before the deadline, because i think we're good with russ, lamb and reggie as our main 3 guards.. then we have roberson to incorporate eventually

well roberson is going be in tulsa eventually.. at least for this season.. then there is jerrett..

hopefully PJ3 shows something this season to up his trade value.. ditto for reggie.. those are the 2 guys i hope turn into our tradable player assets

gomes and thabeet are at the end of the bench.. perk is just bidding time.. fisher has played less than 10 mins the last 2 games (and really should just be the insurance 3rd PG).. but reggie has had a lingering hip injury or something.. and we'll have collison til the wheels fall off

Crazy wizards game. I feel like going after Westbrook like that is just going to amp up the rest of the team after what happened in the playoffs last year.

Absolutely ridiculous how Mike Breen intentionally misrepresented the incident with Serge,

thoroughly shameful.

And Brooks?

how hard is this dude's job.. like really.. you know KD and russ should be getting around 35 mins.. ibaka just over 30ish

collison 20-25.. and ditto for adams.. thabo about 15-20 and same for reggie

you find spots for the young guys to each get at least 15ish mins or so per (adams, lamb, reggie and PJ3).. and put them in situations that they can succeed, while going through their growing pains

we know reggie isnt the greatest shooter, so have him with guys who can make jumpers to help with spacing.. PJ3, let him see mins at both the 3 and 4 so we can figure out what we have.. lamb, doesnt have the same game as harden where he can jsut dominate the ball in the 2nd unit and be a scorer and facilitator.. and with adams, make sure he gets mins with collison to help him learn the rotations and little nuances

without perkins that's a 9 guy rotation already

Well clock is ticking on thabo.. Glad he made a 3 in the end.. But everything just seems off for him so far

That's why we need to get the young guys consistent nightly minutes now, so hopefully come playoff time they can have an impact..

Thabo is out and Roberson gets put into the starting lineup(I have no problem with Roberson playing, but it's just odd given the playing time he had received before).. PJ3 doesn't get in the game at all.. Adams only gets 14 mins

And brooks carves out 20 mins for fisher

It wasn't just that, there was no cohesion offensively this game nor any defensive intensity.

The previous two games there was a semblance of such, but in the Milwaukee game, it didn't even look like the same team.

Oh well, 1-2 on that road trip. Golden State and Los Angeles Clippers are the worst 2 teams for a rookie center with all the complex sets they run.

i'm starting to think presti is going have to force brooks hand a bit and make a move.. just like when green was still starting over ibaka at the PF spot and harden wasnt getting the minutes he should have been getting, then as soon as the green trade was made both of those things happened..

maybe we move thabo, lamb gets inserted into the starting lineup.. then reggie is our 3rd guard and can play mins with russ, with lamb and with both in a 3 guard lineup
