the book is hella sick btw, i highly recommend it. 
 
meh. im reading the book right now and it seems nothing like it. the book was written like a documentry
 
So everybody keep saying it's nothing like the book, but it still looks like it'll be a nice watch.

Also the zombies or whatever look like they on roids compared to Walking Dead :lol:
 
Read the book for a ConFic class and fell in love. I am sure the book will be better but the movie looks like its going to be entertaining regardless. :smokin
 
now that i think about it if they stuck to the book it would take forever to translate into a movie. theres so many different characters and i dont think theres 1 main protagonist.

Pitt is one of my favorite all time actors, will watch...dude is ageless.

Anyways, I know they obviously couldn't do a movie just like the book but... :rolleyes I don't expect much from this...

edited for spoilers.

There's the blind dude who was the survivor of the A bomb and went up into the mountains. Then there's the otaku who found the samurai sword while climbing down the apartment. Two different characters. Both Japanese.
