Reebok Answer 1 returning in May 24, 2013. Retail $150

After the question and then the answer 1,

God those were trash. Like a jb shoe to a numbered jordan.

Theyjust felt cheap n looked it too. Granted the first two shoes in the iverson line were classics and deserved the retro.

The iv? Not too bad, but everyone had em cuz they were cheap and had mad colors. No shoe after the iv deserves a retro haha

The questions and answer 1- 4 are straight classics.

The 2 was fire in the first two colorways and design wise. was superior to the answer 1. The unique lacing, although did nothing performance wise, looked pretty cool.


The answer V was where they lost it. Although they were ok

and on another note the answer vii had the cheapest paper thin leather I have EVER wore in my life. Worse than the nike stuff of today.
 
looking to cop for under retail, anybody know where i can get a pair size 10.5?
 
How do these compare in sizing to the retro XIIIs?

I'm 10.5 in the XIIIs, should I go down to a 10 for the Answers 1s?

Yes because these run really big.. I wear a size 11 in 90 percent of my shoes and in these, I had to get a 10.5...
 
i personally thought the quality wasn't too bad.   Wasn't horrible, but wasn't the best.   regardless I was picking up this shoe no matter what.   DMX cushioning or not.  This shoe has a lot of memories for me.   Having the OG version back when they dropped,  living in the philly area and watching AI play majority of his career there, these were a must cop for me.   I should of waited for the price drop below $100 but oh well.   Got them for $20 below retail.   I love how these aren't a high top and just a nice mid top.  I like these better than the Answer 4's.    Answer 1's have always and will be a classic to me.  Especially this gold / black colorway. 
 
3s are money. I had the white/black pair when they came out. I always wanted the Georgetown color. I found some white/blue and all black in the outlets back in 05-06. I was dumb hyped, bought them instantly.

My best friend in jr highl had the OG white/blacks. I actually liked retro versions better than the OGs because they had colored toecaps compared to the solid white caps on the OGs.


Id love to see these retro with DMX. The last reissue in 2006/07 still had real DMX, but I doubt well see it next time around.
 
I'm wondering what size I should get too. I'm a 10.5 in the Jordan Retro 12s and 13s. Should I grab a 10 in these or go even lower?

Anybody who owns both please let me know!
