They'd never suspend her for a major tournament. She basically does what she wants and will be in goal for the world cup or olympics.

Yup, it's easier to suspend (or terminate) her now that everything is over and no major tournaments are happening for a few years.
She's 35. For U.S. Soccer's sake they hopefully have a few goalkeeper prospects waiting in the wings. If not then that's their problem - Solo's been starting 11 years.

I remember jemele hill addressing the double standard on her show last year. She said people were going at her on social media for not blasing hope solo and wanting her to get the book thrown at her. I think she said women accused of domestic violence isn't a huge problem and epidemic like it is with the nfl. Her reasoning sucked.
