5 Hour Energy Linked To Multiple Deaths

What does that have to do with anything? Doesn't change the fact that energy drinks aren't good for you.

It means I dont make anomalies into regulations.

Some jumps of a building and lives - Still wont jump off buildings

Someone dies cuz of energy drinks - Still will continue to drink a monster a couple of weeks

I hope that answers your question.

Dude...you equated someone dying in their sleep to someone dying from energy drinks. Energy drinks are bad for you regardless of whether or not they kill you. Sleep isn't. But, I get what you're saying. Just a bad example.

What isn't being said and should be said is that Energy drinks, supplemental protein products and the slew of other things that are out there, isn't ment for the average american to consume on a daily basis. Most don't need that much of a boost for their daily activities nor do they need to consume that much protein, unless their doing intense manual labor and or are bodybuilders. It makes no sense too me and whats sad is that its not the just the adults anymore its the adolescent who are becoming hooked on to these products;15yr old teen drinking a energy drink just to play 'Call of duty' and pre-teens walking around drinking 16oz cups of coffee that was more than likely purchased with an adult.
What also needs to be addressed is the fact that Americans are becoming so use to having everything in a "right now",quick and fast as possible state, that they themselves don't weigh the risks, don't read the fine print and or just don't care what may happen to them as a result of using some of these products.Thats not the company's responsibility to look out for your best interest;these companys don't give a damn, they profit off of our ignorance and when people finally wake up to whats going on,its too late and they have moved on to the next new thing.

:smh: I tried a 4Loko,once and I had to convince myself that only something like that was made by the devil....

R.I.P to some of you in this thread, welp :smh:

Some of you guys are just plain stupid.

And I rarely see someone I would consider "healthy" drinking energy drinks.

If you are eating right (lean, clean, veggies and fruits), then you don't need energy boosters. Fat slobs that eat junk do.

Didn't we have a member post not too long ago about having seizures as a result of too much energy drinks?

Im sure most of the people who died had heart issues or consumed more than recommended. It states on the cans that people with health issues or those sensitive to caffeine should not be drinking energy drinks.

Off caffeinated drinks for a full year now...

Feels great!

Not on edge as I once was before...and I can handle stress much better.

Ginseng...:pimp:

Ya'll need to make that switch...especially if you're having heart palpitations like I was when I was drinking coffee/energy drinks.

Why are they bad for you?

Never had a energy drink in my life but I thought about trying them a lot.... Guess I'm good now

I rarely drink 5 Hour Energy, but when I do, I only drink half at a time.

I recently took a half before I went to the gym. :wow: I was going super hard. **** was what I'd imagine steroids to be like.
