I Need a Tasty Baked Mac n Cheese Recipe

I suck at cooking and said I'd handle this dish.

All the recipes I've looked up are by white people and they don't look good.

I need some help NT. 

I'll post pics.
 
add multiple types of cheese: cheddar, american, parmesan, etc + bacon bits + crispy shallots + green onions for garnish
 
yea i'd like to know some recipes as well, much of the homemade mac n cheese i have looks good but tastes like water
 
I can never make good baked mac and cheese. The cheese never turns out nice and gooey like restaurants make it.
 
What u do is.. get some Campbell's cheddar cheese soup and put a can or two in there. Also the more cheese the better.. if u need play by play let me know
 
I'm not a huge fan of goat cheese, but it's in the best mac n' cheese I've had at a restaurant

Asiago
Pecorino

top w/ bread crumbs and bake

eggs

sharp cheddar cheese

velveeta

salt + pepper

there are two types of Mac and Cheese IMO

The TV Dinner/Buffet Type of Mac and Cheese, that is the gooey, liquidy, cheese powdery **** that seems like it coulda been poured out of a Chef Boyardee can

And then there is the mac and cheese that your grandma/aunt/etc. makes . . . hopefully . . . feel sorry for you if you been living that Chef Boyardee liquid mac and cheese life . . . . This mac and cheese is the joint with the thick cheese, the joint with the hard noodle/cheese crust on top. . . where the corners are the best. This is REAL mac and cheese my du

When I googled "Mac and Cheese" and went to images, it seemed like the images were on pages with recipes . . . Too lazy to click on em doe
 
Me and my girl were just on this a few weeks ago.. Our recipe went something like this:

egg
milk
sour cream
three cheese blend
velveeta cheese
little salt
pepper

Bread crumbs toasted in a pan and baked


Was pretty dope. Make sure you make enough for your dish. Dont make it too thin, or it turns out dry.

For what I mentioned.

half and half milk

eggs

sharp cheddar cheese

velveeta

salt + pepper

Boil the noodles until soft and ready, drain.

In a large mixing bowl, add noodles, half and half (pour until milk covers the noodles) I dont measure **** just have a feel for how much I need to put in

I use about two packs of cheese, usually sharp, put mose of it in there (save enough so when you put it in the pan you can cover the top). add two eggs

salt and pepper it to your liking or whatever seasonings you prefer.

Mix it all up,  then put it in the pan. Add slices of velveeta how ever many you like throughout the pan and then cover the top with the remaining cheese you have. Bake at 425

Here's what it looked like the last time I made some
 
Add 2 to 3 tea spoon of butter when mixing the mac n cheese together. Place it in stove for 15 to 30 min at 350 degrees. Also place a bag of shredded cheese on top before putting it in the stove. After taking it out place some crushed cheddar crackers on top. You can thank me later OP

Boil Mac and cheese

Make roux out of flour and butter (youtube it)

Add Ragu Double cheddar to roux and mix it( I use 2 bottles, about 2 bucks a bottle)

Pour cheese mix into the macaroni

Add and mix shredded cheese of your liking (the more the better)

Put macaroni into the pan

Add bread crumbs on top of the macaroni and cheese

and bake for 30 - 45min at 325 degrees.
 
Don't use American cheese. That plastic crap. The key to good Mac and cheese it using different types of cheese and seasoning the noodles
