21 Mercer isn't getting the apparel according to the employee I asked. Take that with a grain of salt though. The customer service is awful there.

@4wrestling Exactly. As someone who flips products you would know of all people. This pack has been featured on Gizmodo and a number of other sites since yesterday. Keep thinking that this won't command a nice amount on the resale market. Y'all gotta get out of this sneakerhead bubble y'all live in. The collectors who can, will pay top dollar to have 1/81 sets in the world.

Exactly why I asked "hear of"...if someone saw the catalog pics or heard of what was coming out they could share it.  I know a lot of members that aren't "allowed" to post pictures of things they have seen.

I already said a hoodie, hat, beanie and t-shirt will be releasing with the shoes a few pages back via a confirmed tweet from Nikestore. No one bothers to read and want to be spoon fed everything.

That's all I wanted to know, sorry I didn't scrape through every post in the last few pages, won't happen again.  I don't want anyone over extending themselves to "spoon feed" others.  Especially someone like me, who's asked one question in this entire thread.

I already posted the hat a few pages back also that goes with the SC II as well
 
They only thing separate in the pack is the box and cleats.

The cj81 comes with the megatron toy from hasbro.

To me, the toy, is the hot ticket in the pack.

The box is cool because it resembles the alspark.

Exactly what I was saying. If the pack can't be had for retail (which is already expensive) most people aren't going to reach in their pockets to pay the resell price that people think they are going to get. The trainers come with the hasbro toy and most people don't need the special box or cleats. Yeah it's cool, but is it worth paying $700 or more for, probably not. If the pack is retailing for $550, the resell isn't going to be so crazy. Maybe if the pack was autographed or something but knowing I can get the trainers and SC II's separately I'm not even going to sweat it.

Sneaker collectors aren't the only people that will be interested in the pack though. I'm willing to bet that there are thousands more Transformers collectors/enthusiasts that will be willing to drop major bread on something that's limited to 81 sets on the entire planet.
 
The pack is definitely worth it if ur a collector... ur technically paying $184 for each shoe... it comes with a toy and other goodies... not to mention when you put all the boxes together it transforms in to the ALLSPARK... I could imagine it in the middle of a room...

The Trainer Max might be a better buy if it comes with the toy and special box? The lace lock is a bonus too. Possible the SC II will sit? Kinda want to get the Trainers Max since I know how it fits and $10 cheaper too. Not to mention the paint on the midsole on the SC II might chip over time. Hmm decision...

Again, you're underestimating the appeal. Sneaker collectors will not be the only ones gunning for this pack. Just like how some of you will drop close to a grand or even more on a rare pair o shoes, there are people who will drop that on a toy or memorabilia. People online are raving over the box ALONE.

These will go nice with my CJ81 hoodie and Trainers from the collection earlier this year, just copped the SC II PRM QS Megaton off ebay. $160 shipped isnt bad at all.

Yep. Nike passed out the CJ81's to various tastemakers to build the buzz. I won't be sleeping on these. I'm getting my *** up on Saturday and headed to my local Champs. Good thing it's just a few blocks away from my job.
 
Yeah.

The cj81 trainer is easily the best mid trainer I have had in a long time.

Because im not really interested in the pack, and only the max I dont really have a problem with it. It doesnt seem that the trainer has done that well up to this point and as a Lions fan I dont want the Calvin line to get nixed like the Revis line did. I saw the lions cw at my local outlet for 70 already... Hopefully this will give it some good momentum.

IMO the line has done very well, why would Nike put forth so much attention to a failing line. Just because you see the first two releases in an outlet doesn't mean it's failing. Why would nike kill the revis (I'm still hurt over that) and make clothing and packs for a failing line ? If the CJ81 line wasn't moving units.. But that's just my opinion
