Haven't seen too many sites with the CJ81 Trainers other than eastbay, champssports and nike.
Seen a lot of sites with the SC II.

I think so, I live in Kansas City and both Champs in the area got the CJ81s with the toy and the Decepticon shirt, but no Sc IIs unfortunately.
