Calvin Johnson's Megatron Inspired CJ81 Collection: Release Info

Champs in Garden state mall (northern NJ) still has the megatron CJ81 trainers. I got an 11.5 and the manager let me use the birthday coupon. It seemed like they had plenty of sizes but it wouldn't hurt to call beforehand

Just an FYI...there are FOR SURE size 13s out of the CJ81 Trainer out there at Champs Sports stores...however, not all stores received Size 13...

The older transformer packs were cool as hell but if I didn't like Calvin Johnson I wouldn't be into it... I remember when those came out and I wasn't into any of it
 
Ya it was overcast and was a perfect theme park day.

No one was there.

Megatron was there taking pics, but I wasn't waiting 20+ min for a pic lol

Woulda been dope tho

Nope, dry everywhere from the Galleria moving North.

Good look again man, I was there at 9:00(for no reason) this morning went in right when they opened and dude didn't know what I was talking about. He asked his manager and they pulled them out the back. I was freaking out when i saw they were sold out online.
 
Yea I was concerned about getting a pair after seeing how fast they went online this morning.  Couldn't get to the mall till almost noon.  Called a few Champs around DFW and most didn't even get the shoes.  Thinking about checking with DK tomorrow since they've gotten all the other CJ gear up to this point.  Nike Dallas only got the SC and the hat.  I really just want a couple of tees.
 
Anyone else have luck using the birthday coupon at Champs? my store wouldn't let me use it, they said because it was launch day gear.

Yea but not on just the shoes. Had to buy one of the shirts to get them to take it.
 
Just added the $15 off coupon on Eastbay thru the live agent.

Mine said the same at first, then I starting walking out and told them that I'll just wait until this weekend to scoop them with discount then.

Shady, I knew it. They told me their system wouldn't accept it. Oh well. Happy I got the shoes and beanie.
