Whilst day dreaming about winning the lotto am I the only one who has thought about doing nothing crazy for a few years? I mean id spend money on some nice things, laptop, xbox, ect. But the big things, id continue to live in my same apartment with my same car ect. and just soak in the feeling of no stress and take some time to plan everything out, take it all in. Im young and I wanna live how a normal young person would. Not saying I wouldnt have fun, you better believe im flying to Miami to sit courtside come playoff time. Im just saying Im not pulling up to the bar or whatever in a lambo. I dont wanna be that guy. As a matter of fact im gonna do my best to hide everything.

I have a Felony charge as we speak so I wouldn't cash it in myself. I'd get proper representation. So probably a week before cashing.

Still doesn't make much sense though.. like what happens to the prize money if the person claiming it has a felony? Surely, it would be illegal for the lottery or the govt to keep the money for themselves knowing full well that a legitamte ticket holder had attempted to claim the money.
I don't even think you need much of an identity to claim it. Probably only a name, your ticket, and maybe an ID. There have been numerous accounts where an illegal immigrant or a homeless person has won it without having to present any kind of "legal documentation" verifying who they are other than an id.
