Mine has the glue/bleed issue, but apparently the whole shipment was that way, like Jada mentioned. It's not something that stopped me from buying it but it is annoying.

It's a dark line where the nubuck meets the foamposite. Goes all the way around the shoe. Here's a pic with the flash on which helps show the line. From phone so hopefully this works ok.

^^ive seen pairs that have very visible bleeding, luckily the pair that i got has barely visible and hardly noticble bleeding at all

So that line around the nubuck is glue or bleeding from where they connected the foam to the nubuck? Either way I'm not sure how much it'll affect my decision to keep these or not because it doesn't seem to be something particularly noticeable once you're actually wearing them. Although I would be interested to see if it causes any durability issues down the line.

I didn't buy these because I figured I would get remorse, but those blue splatter joints remind me of Silver Surfer, cannot wait for them

Yea, I call them Cloaks because they're the same as the Cloak Kobe VII and Penny V lol.. The Area 72's are too much for me as far as loud. The shoe design is too bulky for me as a whole. It sucks because the "eggplants" were the first CW to drop so I never got to see them in person until I got them. Had it been a cheap shoe, then it would be no big deal. But after all was said and done it came out to like $260..
I'd rather have those than the Cloaks I have..

I actually just returned my EggPlants cause after looking at them for a long while, they really looked more black and the colors don't pop as much as the Kobe or Penny's. Plus I don't need 3 shoes with the same color ways, I'm down sizing my collection to what I call the "AllStar Line Up", getting rid of unnecessary color ways. For example, Im Not getting the Splatters, cause I already got the Silver Duncan's and they look similar with the Silver and aqua in the air bubble, overall same recycled color scheme.
Only got the 72's and got the Purples on the way, but if they got the bleeding going on, I'll send right back.

QFTApparently none of you guys got damaged pairs, because all 24 of our pairs came in in very bad shape.
Around the edge of the suede is like a glue/oil looking spill, looks very bad and we only sold 3 pairs for that reason.
I wouldn't even buy them with the discount, horrible quality.
BOTH FOOTACTION AND HOH FTL BY ME HAD THIS PROBLEM. EVERY PAIR!!!!

Yep. Shoe is too big and bulky unless you happen to be a size 10 or under. Don't get me wrong they are all dope looking in hand but on feet in big sizes...not so much. I sold mine for what I paid.

It's been over a month since I've seen the suns colorway in person so I'm going to have to judge the bleeding for myself when my shoes come in but both of my 76ers pairs had it and I wasn't bothered.

No buyer's remorse here. The Suns is my first and only for this line because I'm partial to purple. I'll admit it's a bit bulky for my size 12 and the glue line annoys me, but all that doesn't make me like the shoe any less.

I picked up a pair of the phoenix colorway this weekend. I played ball in them last night. Probably one of the worst shoes i've had on my feet in a while. I felt like I had bricks on my feet. I'm thinking about taking them back. 250 for a shoe I cant play ball in is Turrable
