Yep and then I custom did this which a couple other barbers put me onto

Got it from my barber at the time :lol:

Then he got all the other barbers in the shop to do it too.

I don't know about keeping the liner cooler or whatever, but when shaping myself up it gives me better leverage and viewpoints to see what I'm doing.
 
Picked up the Oster 76 and Wahl 5 star Hero online, I'm sick of barbers schedule and I'm rocking it low for the summer. 
 
I been wanting to chop my andis up.


I dropped mine slightly the other day and now it makes a nasty *** loud noise soon as i cut em on.
 
I chipped my T-liner blade by dropping it and need to replace it. It still shaves me well but I have to avoid the chipped corner. Got to get some promate replacements

I got a pair of clippers and a liner.

3 way bathroom mirror, all that's really needed.

That self-cut system looks like tomfoolery.

I've been using it for years. Definitely worth getting because it's portable, adjustable, and makes cutting your hair a whole lot easier. I use it about twice a week, so it paid for itself in a month. I honestly don't remember the last time I went to the barbershop. I am thinking about getting the new one because it has built in lights. $200 is steep for a mirror tho.

If you already have a three-way mirror, you likely won't see a drastic difference. I was cutting my hair with two mirrors when I first started, so having 3 and not having to hold on made the cut drastically easier.

hopefully there isn't more recent thread but link me if there is because i couldn't find it.

i'm looking for new clippers. been rocking with fast feed for the longest time (almost 10 years) but they aren't cutting right anymore. any recs? looking at the wahl super taper or maybe just replacing the blade on the fast feeds lol.
