A man in Port Richie, FL was arrested for child abuse after literally twisting a two-year-old boy's nipples off. Thomas Matheson, 28, was watching the boy while his mother was at work, and admitted to playing rough with the shirtless child. Matheson told police that he pulled and squeezed on the boy's nipples so hard that the skin came right off.
Roughly two hours later, the boy's grandmother returned home and discovered what had happened. He was taken to the hospital, and Bay News 9 reports that it is "unlikely" his nipples will grow back.
