Ups my choice is key.... I pick up the shoes at the ups office, and just stash them in my pile. Then, when my wife is in those really good moods, I decide to "go through my shoe boxes to clean up"... I just bring out the stacks and then say "did I show this pair to you before?" ... seems to work pretty well most of the time.

I used to do that but she's too smart man. She just checks all my banking statements and I'm busted every time.
I had an olive branch where I told her I'd lay low on buying supreme gear this season if she didn't complain too loudly about all the shoes over the months of air max day. I already exceeded my grace period though it seems.

I feel your pain brother. The checking of the banking statements would definitely create problems. I sometimes buy shoes for my wife as well, and that way I am able to get a small amount of doubt in her mind as to whether the package is for her or for me.

yes. i bought these in philly in 2006 or so and they are trashed now. well beyond wearable. id love a retro.
im considering buying the OG silver 97s that released a few months ago, size 10. any suggestions of easest route while getting a good deal.
how are stock x prices?
im a mortgage banker at quicken loans and we own stockx and its in my building. if the prices are good that should be convenient.

^ it is rumored that the silver bullets will release on 4/15 here in the states. I'd wait until then before paying resale on them.

i really appreciate that. unfortunately i dont have the time to monitor sneaker release dates anymore. I was about to drop way over retail. though having stock x deliver them to my desk tomorrow does seem nice(i dont love waiting) but for retail ill wait it out.
