Why would a skinny dude like that try to bully someone three times his size?

I don't know the situation, but I'd bet alot of money that it was the other way around, and the skinny kid was tryna stand up for himself.

in this situation? Nah. Fat kids get picked on all the time. When i was growing up the fat kids always got teased. Kids don't really realize what that weight can to do them.

Common sense would tell you the person with their back against the wall with their hands in a defensive position isn't the aggressor

I like seeing bullies get that work as much as the next man...

BUT that kid was wrong. Thats considered deadly force in the eyes of the court...

THEN AGAIN he's a kid, not a cop, let alone an adult so I cant say i should expect more from him. And who's to say the bully wouldnt have used that bat on him if he chose to fight without it.

The bully was an idiot. Tough situation for that other kid though

You dont know if the kid has been bullied before or what the situation is.

In any case, if youre provoking someone holding a bat, you deserved to get hit by said bat.
