I didn't ask for the check, it just came in the mail. So I just thought eff it why not, it's only $200.

Fidelity Investments? I got a random check from them as well.
Go to Walmart customer service. They will cash you out without hassle. The fee is low, like $3. Just bring a photo ID.

my old job sent me a paper saying a apparently i own stocks...i guess when i worked there they had some sort of plan and they ended it last year to cut costs, it was at $8,344 last year and over the year it lost 1,667 i get this money paid out to me 5 years after i stopped working there, so in 2015 if theres any money left i get it..
i guess alot of places are ending these kinds of benefits for people to cut costs, my girls work told her she needed to switch her 401K to another IRA or cash it out
but they tax you ALOT...
i had no clue they did this at all while i worked there would be alot cooler if i could all that now..
