Breaking: Does New Photo Prove Trayvon Martin Killing Was Self-Defense?

I can't believe this isn't over. It should of been an open and shut case. Trayvon might of hit Zimmerman, but with the back story, I don't see how it wasn't provoked. Zimmerman saw Trayvon before Trayvon even knew Zimmerman existed. He was told by police dispatchers not to approach the kid.

Before the interaction Trayvon was probably thinking about getting back to catch the All-Star game with snacks in hand and some rent-a-cop with some seriously disturbing mental health problems and/or stupid beliefs on race decides to antagonize him. I don't think Trayvon decided to just drop his iced tea and Skittles to bully someone he didn't know existed until he was followed by him. I don't see this altercation being started by Trayvon in any way possible. Self defense goes out the window when you start the altercation.

You do know what happen. Trayvon was leaving 7-11 when he was approached by a man with a gun. Bottom line.

In America we vilify the victim. Someone who isn't even here to defend himself. He's black so he's born a criminal. Instead of a teenager being a teenager. It's a different set of rules.
 
like I said before....zimmerman kept harassing the kid because he was walking through the neighborhood....at some point trayvon felt threatened enough to steal off on zimmerman......which he had the right to because if I was in the same position I would too especially if he flashes his weapon

this is an open and shut case but being born black in america is already a strike........have any previous trouble is an automatic 2nd strike especially in the media so zimmerman will probably get off

that's why I preach that young black men should avoid getting a felony at all cost......especially w/ drugs cause thats the quickest way the white man can get that put on a young ***** file

black w/ a felony in america means you might as well be dead

Sad, but true. Hence the defense doing their best to muddy Trayvon's image with the stereotypical black criminal stuff--weed, guns, violence, etc.

Little Billy Bob can smoke weed and it gets looked at as a kid being a kid. Trayvon smokes and he's a thug.

If someone approached one your loved ones for no good reason, picked a fight with them, and then shoot them because said person lost the fight you would be screaming bloody murder. Self defense is protecting yourself when danger finds you. Not going out and looking for trouble where none exists.It isn't fair to pick a fight with someone who is doing nothing wrong and then shoot them when you're losing. If that happened to anyone you cared about you would consider it unjust.

Trayvon doesnt have a felony, he got suspended from school for having weed.
