Your Next Vacation Destination.....?

Anyone ever use those Groupon Getaway deals? I feel like everything the sell on there is just average so idk how good their trips would be. My girl just got her passport and she is itching to put some stamps in it.

I think a lot of places are going the electronic route so stamps are a thing of the past. Unless you're speaking figuratively, then ignore me.

How was the experience? Did you stay at a hotel or did you rent a house? How are the clubs, women, and the costs of everything? How long do you stay there for?

Same. A lot of good deals on there have me like [emoji]129300[/emoji][emoji]129300[/emoji][emoji]129300[/emoji]
It only sucks when you see like 399 all inclusive then you check the different departing cities and some cities cost more than others. The groupon deals are mostly during the week too. Was gonna do the 4 day all inclusive Bahamas one for like 499 round trip with a 10% off coupon but just didn't pull the trigger

U need to go with a group and rent a flat or a villa..there's hotels but there's a lot of ppl there and it's such a beautiful island that u want to relax because the parties and the clubs are crazy..u could actually stay as long as u want..we always go to Barcelona so we've actually been to Ibiza for 4 days once..the longest being 2 weeks..it is very very expensive tho..if u opt to go somewhere else in Europe u can actually save thousands..

Don't get me wrong tho it is def an amazing place..u should at least experience it once..ill be there in 3 wks :smile:

Women are beautiful..from all over..mainly Europe.. always a great mix

I will stress again it is a lot of $$$$$$$$$

U will need to book months in advance..even as early as February and try to gather a group..to help offset the costs for lodging

That was the trip that sparked the question. I'm sure I can make my own package deal for a similar price, but if the Groupon ones are actually legit, I'd rather save time and go that route.

My old roommate went to DR a few years back via a groupon deal if I remember correctly and he said it was worth it. It's just weird figuring out the whole flight situation. I think if you care mostly about saving money then it's a good deal in sure they give you the middle seat in a flight with 2 stops lol

Really wanna leave the states sometime next year.. feel international travel requires atleast 2weeks to explore, not about that 10+ hour flight for a few days life.

Finally looks like I'm heading to San Diego in August. Second trip from NYC to Cali.

Loved San Fran so much, I was telling myself I wanted to move right after I got back to NYC. Hopefully San Diego leaves that impression on me as well. Heard about it being a lot more affordable to live as well. I'll be looking into that.
 
going to the west coast for a wedding from Thursday-Sunday... will be in Palm Springs California on Thursday and Friday and Saturday and Sunday i will be in Las Vegas... cant wait :pimp:

Love both but they're so vastly different. San Diego is also more sprawling overall.
 
ya ill let you know... its actually my first time there so i dont know what to expect... but i saw its going to be 105 when i go there :x
 
Palm Sprinfgs is cool but it'll be hot as hell. Make sure you have a pool

Lots of newer restaurants have popped up so good food and drinks around

Punta Cana or Sosua fam. Resorts is your typical resort anywhere else, just gonna have to find you somebody from around the way to take ya outside the resort or if ya the adventurous type go out into the city by yourselves. $$$ makes it easy to navigate anywhere and get whatever you want. As for things to do? sight seeing, beautiful beach, eating different foods, and taking down bad thirsty birds. There is a few NTers that have been there on vacation that know the right places. Me I'm from there so i can't give you the tourist experience.
