Your Next Vacation Destination.....?

My boy swears by providence but ive never been north of ct tbh. Even boston really doesnt look to appealing to me.
Mad NY NTers take the trip up there because its poppin . Its like a diamond in the ruff and the chicks out there act like they never met anyone south of Boston. And the chicks are bad. I went out to Boston a min ago for a weekend and my dude took me to PVD every night because the clubs that lit.

anyone been to peru / machupichu?

I'm planning on going there next week

Depends on what you're going for, but it can be lit. If its a fellas or dolo trip, there's plenty of Ticas out there ready for whatever lol. If you're going with your girl I'd suggest doing a rain forest tour or going out to a nearby city for the beach. That all depends on if you're staying in San Jose, because its an inner city.

Going with a big group for a homies wedding. We are staying in a all inclusive resort in Playa Ocotal, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Its near the coast on the Pacific side. Got zip lining and a sail boat lined up.

Air China is awful. Not worth the savings to fly on it; if one thing goes wrong with your itinerary, be prepared to go through hell to get it fixed (and even then you still might be unable to get it fixed )

Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, and Singapore have amazing airline companies, but for some reason China has a whole bunch of @#%@ ones. Not sure if they or the US have the worst airlines for a developed country.

^^ Using Air China for my first trip to Thailand in 3 weeks. Hopefully everything goes smooth.

Got back from Cannes a week ago. My wife and I were actually in nice the day of the attack but luckily left early. That said the area is amazingly beautiful and after a week there was still so much that we didn't see. Definitely have to go back

Just booked a trip to Cairo, Egypt in late October

Plan on doing day trips to Luxor and Alexandria.

I am going alone, so if any NTERS want to come through hit me up.

Day trips from Cairo to Luxor :x good luck bro.

its a 12-13 hr train ride and 18 hr bus ride.

I did 2 weeks in Luxor. it was ill.

Cairo itself is mad live. Alexandria is where im from. Coastal city, make sure while in Alexandria to take a trip to Marina or Sahel (translation coast). Which is about 2 hrs west of Alexandria on Medittaranean sea. Its a party town and there are always DJs and artists performing out there.

The beaches along the Sahel west of Alex, are phenomenal. If you are looking for the best beaches tho i suggest hitting up Sinai, and going to Dahab or sharm el sheik.

Have fun my g if you need info let me know.

must be nice having that blue american passport, you only have to plan trips 1-2 months in advance

im here trying to book my japan trip 7-8 mnths in advance to get cheaper flights and still need to do visa application

@OnTheNephs

I am actually going to take a plane from Cairo to Luxor. For 220 round trip including meals and a tour guide, it doesn't seem too bad.

Can you direct me to some of the live spots in Cairo?

I will definitely look into everything else you suggested.

I'm not sure if you are still in the area... but I got a 5 star hotel room with a room overlooking the pyramids... if you are trying to come through or get up in Cairo let me know.

nice, ok man enjoy the trip to Luxor, plane ride sounds good but i still think a day is way to short to spend in Luxor. But a tour guide will take you around pretty quick.

Cairo, you have certain neighborhoods which have the live spots (bars, live music, clubs) There are three neighborhoods which are popping, Zamalek, Maadi, and Masr el gedida.

In Zamalk you have real posh style clubs and bars, check out Cairo jazz club. Its a beautiful spot.

If you have time, there is a bar in Tahrir Square. They serve Egyptian produced beer, its awesome spot. Ask any cabbie for the bar in Tahrir and he will point you in the right direction.

Yo that sounds mad nice man, i would definitely come check you out and we would have a blast. I currently work in Saudi Arabia and the flight to Cairo is nothing for me, but the problem is my wife is giving birth right around 2nd week of October in Toronto Canada, and I will be there for the whole month. So i doubt i could pass by.

Food in Egypt is bomb all over.

As a warning, hustle is mad strong there. The people once they know you are a tourist will gouge you every opportunity they get, thats the worst part about Egypt. Other than that they are friendly.

It has to be said, Puerto Rico has some of the best food. Third time taking my girl out there for her bday, and we never had a wack meal. Even when trying new places. Their mofongo >>> DR's.

Just got back from Miami. My roommates are already trying to plan another trip back for my birthday (November). My girl is gonna be pissed because our anniversary is on the same day they want to fly out. I'm thinking of planning a trip to take her on the weekend before. Any good suggestions on places to go? An all-inclusive beach is right up my alley.

Planning a trip in November for me and my girl. Was looking at inclusive resort trip to either Cancun or Cabos. Planning a 4 day trip, budget around $2k.

We founded a winner in Cabos. Came out to like $1900 2 days ago including airfare. I checked last night, it jumped to $2200. I thought it was the cookies that were stores. Tried on a diff browser and device, price was still $2200.

This is wild. Trip is almost 4 months out. Tempted to bite the bullet and book now. But also want to check prices again for the next week to see if it lowers a bit.

The German passport is the most powerful passport in the world. 177 countries visa-free.

Where are you searching on Wis?
Usual suspects: Expedia, cheap Caribbean, etc.

I put in collectively 20 hours to do the leg work on this already  just wanna order and put it to bed.

I looked at American Express Travels too but it was way more for the same thing. Would've been almost the same if I used my Amex point to help out.

If you are doing all inclusive. Be sure you can eat Enough to cover the cost of it. I like the idea of all inclusive but if you are in a place like Cabo, you want to go out and try the food. I would rather go out and spend the money and eat what's out there. ( great sea food). I have a timeshare at the hacienda encantada and the marina fiesta in Cabo. Kinda pointless on getting all inclusive unless you plan on not leaving the resort.

Also deep sea fishing is dope in Cabo.
