Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain | A Hideo Kojima Game

I'm not spoiling anything about the ending. All I'm saying is that to finish the game, you have to replay a lot of missions from the first half of the game on a higher difficulty, which makes no sense. This was stated on a lot of reviews so pretty much everyone should know.

" In the lead up to the finale, you need to spend an hour or two replaying older missions on a higher difficulty setting in order to unlock the last story missions. This is the only aspect of The Phantom Pain that feels off. "

Oh damn, I pulled the trigger LOL. Ruthless life. And she is no where to be found in my buddy list or the brig. Oops. Its all good, I just role with DD majority of the time. Sucks cause I have to run everywhere or find a vehicle to get around faster.

develop your Fulton device more so that you can extract vehicles in your missions and deploy with them in the future.

Quiet makes the game too easy.  I'm at 100% with her too, but that silenced rifle is expensive on the loadout.  I like my loadout to be as cheap as possible.  I only bring traq, just the 2nd upgrade, magazines, bring the cheapest rifle i think its 90, and whatever camo is appropriate for the terrain.

If i need anything else for the mission, i'll request it.

S rank isn't even hard to get, tho, beat a mission quick and you'll most likely get it.

My friend is *** @ this game and has a bunch of them.

Mission 16 is ********. I can't get past them.

don't alert them to your presence. What I did was call in an air strike to a location which was a decent distance from the truck, and then called in another one on them when they went over to investigate. Killed them all in a few minutes

Any of you guys extract the skulls after you killed them to get the parasite armor?

Took me a few tries but the way I did it was to unlock a few fence doors before hand and stash a jeep in the back.

I jumped the fence behind the car and then right after the cutscene I foltuned the truck out and booked it to the jeep and drove out of the zone.

Never thought about calling in the air strike in another location. That would have been real smart.

I hated fighting the skulls in general. You should've seen what I did to get past the snipers. Just straight up spammed the dive button until I got out of the area  when I was finally forced to fight the regular ones as a group, they weren't hard or anything, but they took FOREVER to kill. I was blasting them with a grenade launcher and they refused to die.

The snipers are easy. Use Quiet for cover fire and she'll take out at least two of them before she loses her health and has to leave. Then call in D Dog and he'll automatically sniff out the sniper's locations for you at all times; he'll even start barking when they get too close and try to use their machetes on you. Equip a rocket launcher and a good assault rifle and they're easy pickings.

For the skulls battle in the airport, bring D Walker with the gatling gun and you'll mow then all down effortlessly, no lie. When you run out of ammo, hoo out of D Walker, throw a flare supply, and hop back in and just run arround avoiding attacks until the ammo comes in. You'll really only need one supply to finish the mission

If a solider has straight E's do you fire them?

Can you prevent people fighting at the base?

You can fire them if you're full and have better soldiers or put them on your combat team, they will prob get KIA anyway lol. If not they will actually rise in ranks.

Put a diplomat on each base that can stop fighting or put the two troublemakers on the same team.

I've dismissed my troublemakers and visit the base as often as possible and there is still fighting. I don't know what to do in that aspect.

Mostly auto assign, they will put the best guys for that category.

Move your diplomats around, should help with the fighting.
