but wait..So is Metal Gear Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid V two completely different games? ... Or is Ground Zeroes now officially Metal Gear Solid 5??

It's funny the best part of mgs2 over the other games is the massive amount of information relayed through the codec. I never got the same feeling in mgs4.

Cournel freaking out and the game breaking the 4th wall scared the crap out of me.

I still remember playing Metal Gear Solid at 11 years old on the PS1. And coming full circle to Metal Gear 4. I cant wait

"Ground Zeroes" is a prologue of "MGSV". 9 years after that event will be "The Phantom Pain". MGSV is constructed w/ prologue and main game "TPP". The game play demo I presented today is the opening of "TPP" which is tutorial that starts from crawling.

this guy kojima is UNDEFEATED. He has NEVER let us down with a MGS title.

i am UBER hyped.
 
i read somwhere today that ground zeros and phantom pain are one in the same. so whats really the case here?
 
So excited for this game. Yet I'm so confused by the story every time a new joint drops lol.

I need to sit down for a few hours and rehash the older game's storylines. Anyone got any links to somewhere online that has good resources for doing this? I love the games, but I'd probably enjoy them a lot more if I was sure about who is who and how they relate to the other characters.
