Security Tag left on Nike Air Penny V? Help?!

I brought these via phone order at a nike outlet and it just happened to come shipped with a security tag. Is this an ink tag or just a noisemaker? i called up my local nike and they said they could remove it since i have a receipt but im just wondering if its possible to remove it at home without damaging the sneaker. There's also black marker on the tip as seen in the pictures so im not sure what that means.

Put the white plastic part against a magnet.

Magnet gotta be strong and it has to be in line with the red part.

Yea fam don't even bother trying to perform one of these caveman pre-historic techniques and end up ruining the whole sneaker :lol: ... just head over to your local nike outlet with your reciept and let them handle it.
 
Just take it to FNL/FTL/FTA, show them the receipt and tell them what happened, and they'll take it off for you.
 
You could always try pliers... I had those on a couple pairs of sweats a little while back that they forgot to take off at the store & they did the trick.

Might be safer bringing them back to the store though :lol:
