WTF is this...cops shoot man 13 times

lmfao cop was waiting to shoot.... he came out with weapon drawn... and he exited thru the passenger door meaning he was gonna run or surrender... and dude just shoots pow pow pow pow.... its sad he was on the ground and still pow pow pow... after like the 10th shot he still was twirling around its crazy and cops still telling him stop moving

yea I just watched it that was excessive force he kept shooting dude after he hit the ground Pigs are out of control ***** just sickening :smh: :x

dudes foot was clearly stuck in the seat belt too

not really shocked tho

Dont think some of yall realize how fast 13 leaves even semi auto pistol. And that may not even have been the whole mag. So there may have been restraint. So easy to pass judgement. And for the shoot him in the leg comments, even more ridiculous. Hitting a moving target is not as easy as Black Ops. Auto aim got yall gassed.

oh yes lets thank the kind officer for not emptying his enitre clip into him :rolleyes

restraint? HE KEPT SHOOTING DUDE AFTER HE WAS ON THE GROUND ALREADY

listen to the white cops voice as he agressively approached their driveway.. and he comes out screaming, knowing he gonna pull that trigger.. smh i wonder if i was a cop and go kill all these white people it would be justified then... for trayvon and jordan and ernesto R.I.P

You really can't say this wasn't justified
mean.gif

He gave the dude SEVERAL warnings and the dude was clearly reaching for something under his seat

"hands up"
"Hands up Ernie"
"Dont you move"
"Ernie dont you move or ill shoot you"
"Hands up....now"
"Drop the knife now"
Bruh...what you expect the cop to say

"Ernie, please dont get out the car...no Earnie please. Is that a knife Ernie? please put it down"

If a cop tells someone put your hands up or ill shoot. Wtph you gonna do? run?

what is the point of all these "cops shoot civilian" threads? To fuel debates that cops are pigs? Cops taser woman, cop shoots woman in truck, cop shoots convicted felon. Who are we to sit behind a computer screen and say which one is ok and which one is not?

and then they handcuff him and search him??

TF?

son is bleeding out handcuffed, and they're searching him for weapons.

SMMFH.

Yes he was a Convicted felon....BUT think about it for a second....13 bullets...13 bullets...once you are on the ground, bleeding and moving the smart thing to have done, was to detain and restrain the civilain, not KEEP SHOOTING...the cop obviously shot him enough times to know that he didnt get anything from the car...SO why keep Shooting?? everyone here is talking about..."In the heat of the moment, almost empyting out a 9 millimeter is Justifiable?" 4-5 shots is normal but 13??? this cop had no remorse, he followed him, and he came out with his gun drawn out READY TO SHOOT...I cant clearly say that race had a factor here, but it certainly had a huge impact..imagine if this was a armed and dangerous white dude..would the conclusion be the same? I dont know.. but.I think this is pretty ****** up

Seems like it's to insight some bs.  Because the old women that got tasered at the Apple store seems like she playing the role.  She had 16k in her purse trying to cop the entire phone section of the store displays and all.  She was out to sell them phones back in China no doubt, and why would employees call the police unless she was truly acting a fool.

Then you got this idiot PAROLEE that knows damn well what time it is.  It wasn't like this dude was minding his own business and caught 11 shots.  Dude made his business there business when his OWN PEOPLE from what one article claims called them on him for domestic violence, and they told the Po's he had a weapon.  I had a female family member set her dude up the same way, and they fulled his as up.  So blame the ***** yelling "you mf'ers","call the ambulance" to the police, because it was probably her who called the

A lot of you guys are on the sidelines, because every hood minority knows that **** like what he did will get some police issued lead in your ***.  Is it right?  I don't know if I would've reacted differently myself, but I am sure that I would not have let off that many damn shots.  But if you in them streets dealing with the Po's you know that what he did right there will get you turned inside out.

this is crazy. what i want to know is why did they cuff the man AFTER they sprayed  him up. he was clearly dead..  i guess they thought he was gonna pop up like the Undertaker.

I've watched the video twice just so I didn't miss or oversight anything during that shooting. Now,in my opinion there leaves room for debate whether the officer might have been wrong or right in that situation because from the looks of the video Ernest looked like he was trying to place his hands on top of the vehicle but before being able to fully do so(turn around, his lower body) ,he was shot which then caused him to fall to the ground. No one's hardly going to listen for, hear,or pay attention to command's after being shot a few times while standing.Basically,Im standing on the principle That the window of opportunity was too short for Ernest to be able to react to the officers commands in a mannerly time.Even if the officer would of shot,Ernest, once, twice,ok, but the other shots were just clearly uncalled for.
If,Ernest just would of been able to have that extra few seconds, those few more commands and if he still didn't responde, then I could see this as an open and shut case.
I'm not saying the officer is wrong, nor am I saying Ernest was wrong either, but there is a discussion for them to have about that window of oppurtunity. That's all.

Him being an ex offender, parolee with warrants for his arrest at that very moment has no bearing on the situation .Really, lets be honest here, the whole three-strike's,you'er a felon, parolee was implemented so that the legal system could harshly punish those who are convicted of a felony and for the public's persuasion of being safe from a threat of a certain population. The biggest, unjustice that comes from the three-strike's law is that they don't care what type of felon you are and you may have never committed a violent crime in your life but that's not a factor because your still "A FELON".So your average Joe shouting, point out that fact should be ignored because alot of times that's the only defence they have to stand on and in some case's they might be right to point that out but also they could be wrong because not all FELON'S are equal in my eye's.
