Factory laces on these are actually more like 63" than 72".  Nike doesn't seem to sell that size either but it's a common size on ebay or amazon.  I wouldn't go 72" unless you lace them really loosely or want to lace all the way to the top eyelet.  63" will have them looking just like ol' boy with the nice legs up there LOL, laced normally to the second to highest eyelet with a perfect amount of excess.  Personally, I'm sticking with black laces though.
 
Ahhh ignorance is bliss on NT. but what do you expect on NT? These older heads are going to complain about it but JB is not reserving these pairs for them! Just share the knowledge together with everyone else. Being born 20 years earlier than someone else isn't exactly bragging rights for when it comes to a pair sneakers that are almost 30 years old

ya, nike doesn't always give proper length laces anymore on the retros cause most customers don't lace all the way up anymore...
noticed this even on a pair of the newer air max's


the red laces look good, but i like black laces on these black toes

Hoping that Nike  Town Seattle gets them...they didn't have the royals...anyone know when NT will know or release info about if they will have them
