I hope these come with red laces. I will rock both the red and black at the same time. Frowned upon but whateva.
I was thinking about doing that with the royals but I will just stick with the black laces for those

May 18 can't come quick enough. Granted, the quality is clearly the same as the other 1 N/A colorways, which is to say not great, but far from awful too. I feel like they took the one mold and materials and just used different colors to do the entire run of 1's for the year. The pics we've seen of the Knicks, Royals and Black Toes all look VERY similar. Which means when it comes to the Shadows I'll probably end up disappointed.

is that a leather tongue like the bulls? thought since it says nike air they would use the knicks and material they used to for the 1's tongue

They look great. Too bad the Shadows won't have the '09 leather. But they'll still be a great shoe.

if  buy these how much would u think it will cost to have someone make the tongue black and put the black and red nike air thing? i dont wanna get the old love release cuz its more of a mid top then high top
 
1s are my third favorite behind 4s and 5s. Cant wait do you think we will get on more NA 1 announcement by the end of the year?
 
Damn I just saw. Green is my color and St Patty's day is a big thing in Chicago. Will prolly cop. Wish the toe was black but using the same material

Lol, those and the Knicks get Nike Air, but the Chicagos don't...JB trolls so hard. It's more amusing at this point than anything. These will likely be my last JB purchase of 2013 unless they QS something worth copping.

LOL. So glad I passed.
I hope it is this year too, no point delaying the inevitable.
Should it surprise you considering they had Varsity Red VIs and then the Infrared pack 2 months later
 
Also the Black Toes are $220 and the shadows popped up for $210 on Cold's site. Thats before the $20 shipping charge. I'll take my chances with the resellers if I am going to pay that much. The Royals are up to 275. :smh:
