How do you know when a nike+ fuel if fully charged??

I just bought my nike fuelband and I have plugged it into a wall and it has been charging but when it gets to fully charged and no little LEDs are flashing I unplug it and a USB picture pops up and I don't know what to do. Please help

It means you need to actually plug it into the computer. It will probably update the firmware when it does and download data to your Nike+ account.

Make sure you have downloaded the Nike+ utility on your computer.
