Vagita said it himself, Goku doesn't fight to win, he fights to push his limits and ensure that he never becomes complacent. That's why he stopped killing needlessly like he did as a kid
Streetball terms: Vagita is that angry *** kid who always got in his feels once he started losing. Checking the ball hard as **** and intentionally stepping on your kicks.
Goku just enjoys the game.

Murked frieza and would have offed him for good if it wasn't for Trunks
Took the L against Cell and saved Earth from destruction. Coached his son to finish the job
Killed Buu with a Genki Dama. Yall slander the Genki Dama but what other character knows the technique? Not even Kaio-sama mastered the Spirit Bomb.

I hear you, but the facts are still facts.
Son never actually won a fight outside of Freeza.
Everyone else was handled and finished off by another as fighter.
Cause let's be honest, what would have happened if Yajorobe didn't cut off Vegetas tail?
Goku teleported with Cell and he still came back, what if Gohan wasn't there?
He never took anyone with the hands straight up without some sort of handicap.
And the Spirit Bomb like I said, requires the strength of the entire universe.
Goku was pissed he didn't reach god level without his own true strength against Beerus, but the spirit bomb, his signature finisher, isn't even his own power.
Goku da homie, but he wasn't as great as people made him out to be.
If take him over Gohan, but if I wanted someone dead, I'd make sure to bring Vegeta along just in case

This is cool and all but in tired of seeing these "live action adaptations of DBZ, and street fighter, and other amines that come up on YouTube every now and again. I think it's getting played out. I do on the other hand like dragonball multiverse which is a fan made manga. It takes place after the Buu saga and relies heavily on the dragon ball manga for its source information. Pretty much uses the concept of multiple universes/timelines. And takes those characters from each timeline and puts them in a tournament. Here are some panels from the vegito vs broly fight so you get an idea of the quality

Def recommended.. Every other chapter is a "special" and is a background story of a different universe. These chapters are done in different art styles which can be kind of annoying sometimes but every chapter in the main story line is done in the style above. Definitely recommend reading it
