I don't think she's Broly but a Saiyan from either Cabba's universe or a new universe entirely and she's the legendary super saiyan in that universe.

Since universes 6 and 7 are twins they have the same planets hence why they have each have Saiyans. I think it's more to establish the fact that although they're essentially the same universe physically, they're still completely seperste universes that took completely different paths. Just look at the fate of earth in cabbas universe. I think the anime and Manga did a pretty good job explaining it before the tournament. If you look at the manga page you can also see the universes look at least in that graphic, exactly the same. when it comes down to it I'm just of the thought process that saiyans beginnings are tied to where they come from as a race. If their origin planet only exists in u6 and U7 I would have to believe that's where there can only be saiyans, aside from interuniverse travel. Although it's possible the writers could just decide to scrap that altogether but I've got a feeling we'll more warrior like races similar to saiyans but actually them because in my opinion the comparison and contrasts makes for a better story.

They just don't seem to know what they want to do with Gohan. Son is out here keeping up with and even at one point besting his biological father when they're in the same form now? Seems like they're trying to help his perception right quick so it doesn't seem left field when he's holding it down for Universe 7 in a few weeks.

This mini training arc is more interesting than I expected it to be. They even brought Tambourine out

King Piccolo's face looked terrible in that episode preview though

Episode 68: Goku decides to finally wish King Kai back to life but a bunch of people with little to no actual claim to a wish pop up trying to finesse one.

Episode 69: Dr. Slump crossover.

Episode 70: Champa hits Beerus up to have a Universe 6 vs. Universe 7 baseball match. Hit isn't there, Yamcha plays a major role; decent humor.

Episode 71: Part 1 of the mini Goku Assasination arc. Goku vs. Hit. I'd say this and the following are worth a watch.

Episode 72: Part 2 of the mini Goku Assasination arc. More fighting in this one, but the fight wasn't all that memorable to me.

Episode 73: Part 1 of the Great Saiyaman Movie arc. Kind of self-explanatory, but outside of a couple of jokes there isn't much to see here.

Episode 74: Part 2 of the Great Saiyaman Movie arc. Fighting finale. Only really worth watching if you enjoy seeing Gohan have way too hard of a time fighting some random ___.

Episode 75: Part 1 of the mini pre-tournament training arc. Goku is desperate for a partner to train with but everyone that would make sense is conveniently unavailable/rejects him. Quick Goku vs. Gohan fight that was decent, before leading into the real story of Goku and Krillin training with/doing an interesting errand for Master Roshi.
