Goku definitely couldn't beat cell. Cell was definitely stronger than him, especially after he blew up. It took a ssj2's power to do it and the only one who reached that power was Gohan

Wouldnt Gogeta be above Vegeta at least? Are you counting Vegito and Gogeta as the same? Cuz you shouldnt.

Gogeta doesn't exist in the canon storyline but I would probably put him at mystic Gohan level.

And Goku said himself there's not much difference in him and Vegeta's power. Biggest reason Vegeta admitted Goku was better was because of their gap in power from the Frieza to the Cell saga. By the Buu saga, that gap closed immensely.No they're not
Vageta said it himself as he literally rage quit and killed himself

Didnt include him because hes a movie character but if I did he'd be second on that list. He washed Janemba and its already been established that Potara Fusion>Fusion Dance so he'd be below Vegito but above Gohan cause I dont think Gohan could possibly be stronger than a Goku/Vegita Fusion character.

You know what's interesting, I've heard theories that even if goku and vegeta did the fusion dance there's nothing within DBZ canon that states it still wouldn't produce vegito. If you look at the other examples of the outcomes of the fusion dance and potora gotenks and kabitokai and vegito the weaker person in the duos name always comes first. Maybe the fusion dance would result in a weaker version of vegito. That's all speculation though

Gogeta should be the strongest at this point since he is capable of ssj3.

The way you worded the first post made it seem like if Goku could beat him Vegeta could to. Goku did say during his fight with Vegeta that he was impressed that they were even because he went through such intense trainings in Other World. So in SSJ2 they were but overall Goku was trolling him

The fact that gotenks did it means nothing. Gotenks was magnitudes stronger than vegeta. Heck gotenks was magnitudes stronger than super Saiyan 3 goku

I've always figured that if it fits within the storyline without contradicting anything it's canon, so I consider Bojack and the other world tournament canon.

Those were completely canon. Toriyama liked the Bardock story so much that he wrote it into the manga and Trunks is unquestionably 100% canon.
