Zamasu and Black had a lot of potential. They really dropped the ball with the story of those two.

They should've used the Kami/Piccolo idea for Black & Zamasu.

After Gohan Uub is probably the biggest waste of potential in this franchise. Not in terms of power, but in terms of the actual character and what's been done with him. Like they introduce him at the very end of Z and have never taken his character anywhere. Logically, he should have been a main character in GT, but he wasn't. Really he just showed up to hold Baby off until Goku got his **** together, after which he was a ghost for the rest of the series The power up to Majuub was pointless.
