that was NEVER da reason foamposites were dope, they were popular cuz as much as they cost, they were durable as hell.

 

this is why i didn't buy 2010 royals, my 2007's are bulletproof and if only seldom rock you're foams, they're basically immortal and indestructible.

If only they wouldn't drop so many uneccasary colors...these would probably be 10X more desireable...but still nthat.gif

Co-Sign on the 2007's.. I still have my 2007 Royal blue foams and they till look brand new minus the sole not being as icy as the day I got them in 2007. Those were the last TRUE foamposites. These newer foams are soft and don't feel as durable. The only newer foams I got was the Gym greens. Everything else is wack and uninspired. A lot of people here don' t know how all the foams that were made in Taiwan are the better quality models compared to the crappy versions made in china currently..

I was the BIGGEST Penny fan growing up in the 90's, but you couldn't convince me to rock these on the regular. Just not an attracting looking Foam in my eyes. '09 eggplants really sealed the deal for any purple based model going forward. They were all you needed.

The orange accents (especially the line going down the tongue) not my cup of tea. Should preserve the purple/orange colorways for Chuck.

Would much rather see this colorway again in the flightposite 1.

nike played it too safe with those, sans da HOH colorways, they only retroed ALL da OG colorways. great but instead of juicing da foamposites

the pics look better than the video. idk if it was a lighting difference, but the pair in the video look like a darker version of the pearlized pink foams.

That was a complete disgrace too, because I expected at least the white/navy colorway to return.

I'm glad Nike is giving my favorite basketball team some love with these Foams. Depending on my financial situation, I might cop them.

Honestly, while they look good, I'm not overly-excited about them. Instead of getting all these Foamposite One and Pro colorways, can we PLEASE get Nike to retro the Flightposite IIIs?

This. Before, you really only needed one pair of foams, forreal. No sense in buying 3-4 pairs of foams like they do now. That being said, these be fire right here.

none of the TB colorways dropped.
Navy/White sole FTL exclusive never came back
White/Navy didnt either.

so so sad because fp1 == foamposite 1 in my eyes.

the HoH colors were nice too... now there are more HoH locations so they could be more for everyone.
