Yea...I wouldn't hold your breath. I mean, quickstrikes are shoes that go from production to sale in a much shorter amount of time, but this would be considered a hyperstrike and I still think it's WAYY too close to the alleged release date to have no pics nor style numbers for it to actually be releasing.

Exactly. Also, what was the surprise holiday release last year? Thunders? Or am I forgetting something? I swear the Thunders had more than a month of pics and leaked info before release date.
Bottom line, I would like the lightnings to release also...I'd like to have the Thunder and Lightning pack, since I don't have the '06 version...But I'm being realistic about it. Is there another example of a "surprise" release that I'm overlooking?

Pretty sure it was thunders. If I remember correctly, didn't they get pushed back and became the surprise holiday release? They definitely didn't come out of nowhere.

i also remember a suprise concord restock on finishline last year too, i don't think there was an actual suprise release last year.

Those GS X's were talked about for awhile and pics/samples were seen awhile ago. Haven't seen anyone post pics of the retro lightnings if they are coming out next month.

There Are Websites Where You'r Able To Pre Order Not Sure If That Is A Sign Of What There Is To Come With Not A Lot Releasing That We Know Of Wouldn't Be Surprised If It Is A November QS.

Thunders wasn't a surprise... They got pushed back because JB wanted to up the productions on those. They were originally set for a limited QS release, then was rescheduled due to JB deciding to up the production numbers and release them during the holiday. But a few places were still able to get their stock shipment for the original release date.
