Crashed New Lease Car - Now what?

If you are concerned about your neck, you should either get an attorney or just go to the doctor and have the insurance pay the bills.

Option 1: Take the woman to the cleaners via Insurance. Claim soft tissue damage and get a paid for vacation for a while if you feel it necessary. Option 2: Have her insurance pay for damages/repairs at your Lexus dealership and get on with life
Qft

anyone know how much they will payinjury wise for an airbag burn and soft tissue neck injury

OP wants money for his injuries  not for them just to cover the bills...

Wish it was that easy, unless you have a serious injury, most claims cover enough for bills and expenses, and maybe a little something after. Taking it anything further than that would probably be costly and time consuming.

I would be mainly concerned about getting that car fixed up as well as my health.

nah, it can be done rather easily. sure it takes time but my friend wasnt even injured, said he had a neck injury and was out of work. He actually didnt have a job  was getting money every month in the end he finally got about $30k settlement.

^Makes sense on high priced luxury autos (provided you don't opt to buy it at the end of the lease).

Thats crazy, I was just behind a 200h last night complaining about how I could hardly see its taillights.

That car has TERRIBLE taillight and brake light visibility. Only a small portion of that huge light fixture actually illuminates :smh:

Even the "F" version is just a bodykit. The drivetrain is still the EXACT same. Hybrid tech is fine for the base/lux models, but I think the "F' should have had at least a turbo 4 for some kick.

IMO lexus really shouldnt have used the "F" moniker on the CT without a beefier performance oriented drivetrain. They should have called it "sport appearance pak" or something like that. I feel like if lexus is trying to build a reputation for their "F line" akin to BMWs "M line" they cant afford to associate it with an underwheming commuter car like the Prius/ct200h.
