Damn Meek. I was so dissapointed. And the trip part about it is I actually gave this a chance. When I first heard about the diss, I thought "aaww man, this **** about to be wack as ****." A couple lines here and there were aight.. Same *** Meek beats. All the stuff sounds the damn same. Tired of hearing the same ole stuff from this dude, and his voice doesn't make it any easier. Always soundin out of breath... It's lookin bad for him right now.

Cassidy isn't the new Nas but he's a punchline rapper, this is his lane, this is what he does, so of course the majority of us are expecting him to come alot stronger than what Meek gave us.

The response will not kill Meek's career but I think it will show all his fans that he was never a great battle rapper to begin with.

I'm still trippin over the fact he sat down with Sway and made it seem like he was the undisputed champ, despite his one loss, and bodying cats when he was on the battle scene. He was OK at best but none of his material was memorable mean.gif

two events that happened 10 yrs ago we are living in a rap world where people get exposed everyday & grow stronger those days are over

and FTR Flip career would have been over anyway because he was trash. I remember when dudes were on NT swearing on their life that Flip & Paul Wall were great rappers........ ****** on NT been delusional for damn near 10 years b

Only on NT is someone who had a year full of street hits, and just had a #1 Album's "buzz is dying down".

 

That being said, I think Cass needs to be smart about this and release his next diss as the first single to an album.

Been saying Meek is trash.

Son has no bars really, he just yells on every track.

NYers were never really checking for Flip (aside from the buzz he started to garner with Game Over) and TIP was still new to us.

Everyone always thinks that a response is imminent when a rapper disses another rapper.. I.E. drake "HAD" to respond to common's diss track, and then common was going to "DESTROY" drakes career with his response. Very probable that meek mill doesn't even get a response from cassidy laugh.gif

Meek is loud and annoying. His whole song was about how much more money he had than Cass, meanwhile meek's net worth is 2mil and Cass' is 7.5mil. Meek is a joke.
