I don't have brand affiliations, i just buy what i like.

-Im a college student and supervisor at a market so i'm in no need of a suit lol

-Recently i bought an Obey hat on sale from Urban Outfitters and a few people told me "Aren't you a little old to be wearing that hat"

-So it got me thinking, Anybody else on the same boat???

Growing old is inevitable, growing up is optional :pimp:...Who cares, wear whatever is comfortable.

I wear camo shorts, a black (red, or grey) hoodie, and some random comfortable shoes on the regular...Couldn't care less.

regular errands = sweat pants and shirt (sometimes hoodie) for me

i think as long as u dont OD on the graphic tees ....i dont see how u can dress like a child.....

just keep it simple.

Nope. I've been told I dress nicely.

Gotta know how to switch it up. One day you can wear slacks and a nice button up with loafers, and the next you can wear a simple pair of jeans with a t shirt. I never try to wear stuff that "pops" or screams for the attention of others. It's all about subtlety imo.

i have a bunch of diamond shirts cuz t-shirts are pretty damn comfortable and i live in the desert..

i dont rock loud colors, but ya know if im in the mood ill throw on a polo button up or a flannel..

they sound jelly OP live ya life.

Sounds like a bunch of immature mofos trying to be mature passing judgement.
Clothes don't make you mature.

Who said it did? There is a such thing as dressing your age though.

I'm saying doe, only a truly immature person would do things in order to be perceived as mature. They aren't actually being mature, they're doing what they think mature people do.

I do and my mom and fam( my ex also) said the same thing but I dress my personality... I put it like this as long as u pay your bills and take care of ur self then it truly doesn't matter what people say... Do you

I see what you're saying. I agree with ya too.

I think some stuff looks silly once you get to a certain age though

I mean, everyone's gotta know how to switch it up at some time.

Some days, fresh kicks just won't cut it. Whether it be a day where I have nothing planned or a day where I have something important that requires me to look a certain way.

Try to familiarize yourself with different brands like J Crew, Ralph Lauren, Gap, etc. Hell, even with the different denim companies.

Get familiar with YOUR SIZE. The fit of clothes can make or break the look you go for. You can wear the most expensive purple lable outfit in a size too big or too small and you'd look like a scrub

Not saying you have to wear skin tight stuff. It's possible to find clothes that have relaxed fit that are still your size. Check out the dressing better thread. A lot of dudes clown its existence, but there are some good people in there dropping knowledge about fashion.

Yep. Being simple goes a long way.

I haven't bought a graphic tee in a year now. (I'm 20)

I've found that Obey, graphic tees in general, skinny jeans, brightly colored random Nikes (diamond turfs, etc.) are associated with children.
