If this contract for Maxwell is what I'm seeing , that's crazy that's a lot of money for a dude coming straight out of a good system , but I've seen him play they always pick on him instead of Sherman so he held his own but he had two great safety tho .

Plus, mathews going into his 2nd years should expect a bump.. It always happens with WRs, either their 2nd or 3rd year when they get things down

Dude, we do not have a "ton of talent" on the offensive side of the ball without Maclin. Cooper/Matthews/Huff is seriously one of the most underwhelming receiving cores in the league, definitely worst in the division. Ertz/Celek are solid and we don't have the gamebreakinig RB anymore. Not to mention that we do not have a franchise QB who can make up for this lack of talent. You are definitely overrating what we have on the offensive side of the ball right now.

I think that's better than 2 years ago.. And if the 3 main young guys take steps up, we should be good.. Also helps a ton if we get better QB play.. Hopefully Mac is back, but it won't be the end of the world if he isnt

Cooper and Huff can only get better coming off of last season but that's not something I'd bank on. This committee approach sounds good on paper but when games start and we have no one to fear in the receiving core defenses will tee off

itsaboutthattime you my dude but that collection of players ain't scaring nobody. Can't compare it to wen Desean was here cause he was taking the top off of the defense which made it easier for everybody ..not to mention Shady had his best year

We don't have a QB to then dudes look good ala Brady ..we need weapons

Everything depends on QB play.. We get better QB a lot of guys are going to look better


Plus I would expect more rhythm out our offense.. Maybe a little less of the boom, but a lot less of the bust.. Just more consistency, which is scary considering we've broken the team record for points each of the last 2 seasons
