At what point does Bill Davis get looked at ? This **** is embarassing

Unless there are a string of losses like this nothing will happen immediately.. But it may get revisited in the offseason depending on what happens with the defense..

And obviously we will address secondary in the draft and maybe free agency.. And I assume we try to go after worilds again

I'm not sure if it's the personnel or his actual coaching ability but clearly this defense is a glutton for punishment. I think it's a bit of both actually, as I don't really see Bill Davis as a great defensive mind with a passionate attitude...I would prefer we go after a proven defensive coordinator and bring in some fresh talent that have the athletic ability and played for a college team that fits the defensive scheme the Eagles are trying to improve at..

We're good along the line and with depth.. We need to take care of the othe ILB spot (maybe it's smith II).. But we still have to address the other OLB spot, with trent/graham not being perfect fits (this is where worild would come in if keep smith II at ILB wih kendricks)

Then we need to 2 CBs and a safety

Also guys.. I hate bring this subject up.. But shady is going be making almost 12 mill next year then almost 9 the year after and almost 8 after that..

Going be real curious to see what the team does with him in the offseason

We got it handed to us in all phases....I'm not shocked actually...the defensive backfield needs help...any good qb will expose it...if we had a running game we could counter that but that hasn't been there

I think that's the thing with Chip though, he believes in a lack of hierarchy and hates egos. I personally feel like BD has been effective as a dc considering he inherited 4-3 personnel and has limited talent in the secondary.

Bottom line is, Fletch and Cary can't match up with agile receivers. When 3/4 of your base secondary are liabilities, a potent O will take advantage of that. I'm hoping they hit on whichever CB they draft next year ( I'd take Trae waynes or IEO)

I don't think Davis is a bad DC; he's making the front 7 look pretty good minus yesterday, he can only do so much with the talent he is given in the secondary

the good news is Watkins looks like he will be a player but he isn't ready this year

The Bus made a good point just now. Why didnt we try to help out our weaklings back their with running zone and zone blitzes? Switching it up rather then watching them continually get abused in press coverage

@JonandSeanShow In the end "W"s are "W"s and "L"s are "L"s. No one remembers/cares how it happened. I have one thing on my mind now...Dallas

I'm still bothered we took Huff that early because of an Oregon connection, when Moncrief, Bryant, and John Brown were still available. Clearly better prospects.

I honestly thought huff would be the one to come in and contribute right away.. thank god for mathews
