Man, what a day.

Demarco Murray & Ryan Matthews are great additions.
Having them two along with Sproles/Polk will allow us to keep the players fresh all year round.

Now the rumors of Evan Mathis on the trading block. I can only hope we get some good value there. Maybe for a Safety or WR. I'd hate to lose the guy.
 
Y'all excited about Murray coming from all those touches he had in Dallas ? Dude had an amazing healthy Oline .
 
If we are indeed trading Mathis, I want something good for him. We will be losing a great guard, and a hole that we would need to fill.

I'm real excited for the running game. Murray, Mathews, and Sproles. :x

yeah but he also traded a qualified starter in Nick Foles, with an affordable contract for a injury wreck QB with a much higher salary cap expenditure. He also enjoys giving picks away that could be used to replace the guys that are now on other teams...Idon'tknowwe'llsee...

Did you watch foles last year?


This was his season (rankings obviously at the time he got hurt):

And he only traded picks in that trade.. And who are the guys who need to be replaced exactly?

We have other RBs.. Worst case, sanchez was better than foles.. Maxwell is better than the guys we had

Tobin is better than herremans

Losing maclin hurts, but we drafted 2 WRs in the 2nd and 3rd last year.. And we need to use ertz more, as shown at the end of the season

Our lbs are better and a complete unit now.. We just need another safety

I'll take our other corners over bradley fletcher

He was also 6-2 and had an OL that couldn't stay healthy before he got tagged...he was also the guy who went 27-2 just two season ago. Dude wasn't exactly amazing last season but he's better than most people give him credit for also..

Positions to attend to...uhhh let's see here...:QB, WR, OL, DL, S, and maybe another solid CB would be nice..

Again, I'm not the biggest fan of the Bradford move.. but I've calmed down about it.. Either it's a precursor to another move or it's taking a flyer on a guy who scouts loved

Either way I hink there is a strong possibility we still address QB in the draft (maybe have Hundley sit for a year or two.. Or if Mariota slips a bit).. Just like we don't have all our eggs in just one basket at RB

I watched many of those games where he missed guys wide open. Believe me, I am not singing his praises as some marvel of a QB last season, but he did show a lot to me during the season prior when he went for 27-2 on the season. It's debatable if he continues to regress with St. Louis, but for the price of his contract, I still think Chip should've either packaged him up with McCoy and went for Mariota and possibly some later round picks, or just stuck it out with him, because we gave the Rams a 2nd round pick in 16, a 4th round pick this season, in exchange for a higher priced injury prone QB, with a 5th round pick...:smh:

I happen to think Foles would've won at least 2 games out of those 6 games at the end we lost, but we re-sign the backup QB who cost us the playoffs..yeah, we definitely need to look at the draft hard this year...smh
