Eagles release CB Roc Carmichael

Josh Huff (hip) didn't practice today and may be long shot for Sunday, so the #Eagles' corresponding move could be to get a WR off waivers.

^good looks for the all-22

That vine clip makes me sick.gif Very surprised he didn't have a feel for where J-matt was on the field since that's been his go to.

I think chip called a good game, #3 just missed on some very crucial throws.
This game seemed very winnable in hindsight despite how dominant seattle was on defense.

Positive news is our front 7 has emerged as one of the best in the League

That throw is an accumulation of getting pressured all day and a qb not being able to stay poised.

When will these qbs learn you can't force the ball to Cooper, he's not that guy.

Vick vs the Packers in the playoffs when he had Desean wide open.

Foles this whole season.

And Sanchez right there.

We do really need to hope hundley drops to the top of the 2nd and we can move up to get him

I think he's going to take a lil bit to develop, with a season to sit and learn i think he could be really good in the league.. And I'm almost tempted to say resign sanchez for cheap and hope that foles has some trade value

I am not sure that Chip won't go out and make the move to get his guy in round 1

the RG3 trade is going to make any trade for MM8 not as big as the one that took place in 2012

More positives: We know Chip's offense can work against even the best in the league... just need a QB to make the proper reads.
Watching that game hurt, just for the simple fact that we could have had some of their impact players with ease (Wilson, Thomas).
I'm not against going to grab Mariota if Chip is sure he's the guy. I'm tired of this QB roulette, we need a franchise guy; have THAT guy and everything else will figure itself out (Word to Andrew Luck).

we're going be picking in the 20s.. so any trade that far up is going to cost an arm and a leg

I mean I know the price isn't what it once was to move up.. but still, a jump that big is going to take a lot

people don't realize how dominate this defense is going to be when the secondary is upgraded

I would personally go heavy on D in the draft and maybe a piece or two from free agency; if you can get a QB like Hundley in round 2 then make that move and ride with Foles or Sanchez for another year

So if we get the 3 seed, the 6th seed is the winner of the nfc south? in which we we have to travel, correct?

no they would be #4

exactly.. there is no way in hell I want to give up 3 first round picks (which is what the LEAST I think it will take to move up from 20 something to top 3 to get mariota)

hopefully we can get trae or ifo in the 1st.. hundley in the 2nd

3 seed plays the 6th seed.. 4th seed plays the 5th seed

the ideal scenario for us.. we get the 2nd seed and Arizona wins the NFC west.. seattle ends up the 5th seed and then they would play green bay in the 2nd round (who would be the 1st seed)

I think Bud Dupree would be nice in this defense especially if Smith II is going to be an ILB, he's played DE and OLB @ Kentucky but he'll probably be off the board by then. The greater need is the CB position since we there is no stability there, I still have hope for Jaylen to find his niche either as a CB or S. Boyk and IEO could be our midget duo on the outside

Anyone keep up with Penn State fb? Wondering what the stock on Adrian Amos looks like. I think someone brought it up in here previously that he was a CB/S hybrid

Would love to grab Perryman from Miami to replace Ryans. Go defense first round and maybe grab Hundley in the 2nd. Then all defense from there.

Thoughts on signing Revis if the Patriots let him walk ?
If we're going to strengthen the run defense even more and force fumbles Perryman is a good replacement for Ryans.

But I see them choosing someone with better coverage abilities or if Smith moves inside permanently that problem is solved, that will let the team focus on getting another olb

we need to win out.. I could easily see the cards losing the last 3.. but we need them to win vs seattle

personally I think green bay ends up 1 after winning out.. and seattle 2

I think smith ii is our demeco replacement.. and we sign worilds, who we were high on in the offseason.. hurts to say, now that he's playing so well, but I think graham is as good as gone (value is just to high for 4-3 teams)

I don't think we would spend revis money

This Dallas week feels a little off

Seems like most fans are still hung up on the SEA game, including myself. After seeing some more all-22 it looks like this was still a winnable game regardless of TOP & how many plays we had. There were a few opportunities to strike on big gains and the O-line missed a few plays. Hoping somehow the seeding ends up as follows:

1- Green Bay
2- Arizona
3- Philadelphia
4- South winner
5- Seattle
6- Detroit/Dallas

We should have a good chance to advance to the next round. I'm assuming Seattle should advance and head to Green Bay(take care of the dirty work for us) and we have a matchup against Arizona. If we advance then we would host Seattle. It's a long shot but it's just a hypothetical situation that I'd think would work best for the squad. Arizona would have to beat Seattle for this to happen eyes.gif

Really hoping for AZ to grab that 2 seed, sets the birds up for a solid matchup in the divisional round (assuming they hold the 3 seed and win in the WC round).
